How they got here: Abington Heights dominated District 4 champion Shikellamy, 6-0, while Radnor defeated District 3 bronze medalist Susquehannock, 1-0, on Tuesday in the first round.<\/p>\n

Up next: The winner advances to Tuesday\u2019s semifinals where it will face either District 12 champion St. Hubert\u2019s (13-8) or District 3 runner-up Lower Dauphin (17-4).<\/p>\n

Breakdown: Abington Heights senior, Rutgers commit and two-time Times-Tribune Player of the Year Lilia Calvert has 68 goals and 20 assists this season. She matched her career high in goals scored in one game with six in an 8-4 win over Crestwood in the district title game last Saturday. She added four goals and two assists in the Lady Comets\u2019 6-0 win over Shikellamy on Tuesday, when she surpassed 400 career points and broke her school record for goals in a season that she set in 2023. \u2026 Allison Stanton is second on the team with 21 goals, including two in the first round of states, and third on the team in assists with eight. \u2026 Hawley Lynott is third on the team with 12 goals and had five assists. \u2026 Allie Rothenberger is second on the team with 14 assists, including one in Tuesday\u2019s win, and has three goals. \u2026 Goalkeeper Morgan Davis, who has 58 saves, and Abington Heights have a school record 14 clean sheets, as the Lady Comets outscored their opponents, 118-15, this season. \u2026 The Lady Comets outscored their opponents, 30-6, in their four postseason games. \u2026 Radnor and Abington Heights faced one common opponent this season, Conestoga, with Radnor winning, 1-0, on Oct. 9 and Abington Heights winning, 2-0, on Sept. 20. \u2026 The Raptors are on an eight-game winning streak, and have 13 shutouts \u2014 including five straight. \u2026 Radnor advanced to the state final in 2021, while Abington Heights advanced to the state final in 2023. \u2026 The Raptors outscored their opponents, 42-13, this season.<\/p>\n

How they got here: Wyoming Seminary routed District 11 champion Minersville, 6-0, while Southern Columbia beat District 3 runner-up York Catholic, 3-2, in overtime Tuesday in the first round.<\/p>\n

Breakdown: Wyoming Seminary\u2019s Artur Zelenko has 29 goals and nine assists, including two goals and an assist in the first round of states Tuesday. \u2026 Owen Stretanski has 27 goals and 12 assists, including two goals Tuesday and a goal and an assist in a 2-0 victory over Mountain View in the district championship game Oct. 31. \u2026 Louis-David Jolin has 13 goals and 12 assists, including one goal and three assists Tuesday and one goal and one assist Oct. 31. \u2026 Goalkeeper Cash Hanson-Richart and the Blue Knights have 13 clean sheets and outscored their opponents, 17-1, in four postseason games and, 90-16, this season. \u2026 Wyoming Seminary lost to Lancaster Mennonite, 2-1, in the state quarterfinals last season. \u2026 Wyoming Seminary and South Columbia faced a common opponent, Holy Redeemer, this season. The Blue Knights beat the Royals, 2-0, on Sept. 29 and lost to them, 2-1, on Sept. 8. The Tigers lost to the Royals, 4-3, Sept. 13. \u2026 Ben Gehret leads Southern Columbia with 32 goals, including two in Tuesday\u2019s overtime win, and 22 assists. \u2026 Jake Gehret is second on the team in goals (18) and assists (10) and Kole Myers has 10 goals, including one Tuesday, and six assists for the Tigers. \u2026 Southern Columbia outscored its opponents, 62-37, this season.<\/p>\n

The Comets last lost Sept. 20, 1-0, to Lewisburg. \u2026 Blue Mountain\u2019s Drew Waschko had 27 goals and 15 assists for 69 points, second in the Schuylkill League, in the regular season. He had the two goals, including the game-winner with 21 seconds left, against Franklin Towne Charter on Tuesday. \u2026 Blue Mountain\u2019s Blake Batory was eighth in the Schuylkill League with 37 points (11 goals, 15 assists), Aidan Varney was tied for ninth with 32 points (15 goals, two assists) and Dylan Knittle was tied for 14th with 28 points (12 goals, four assists). \u2026 The Eagles have 13 shutouts this season and are in the midst of a nine-game winning streak.<\/p>\n
