Robinson (Credit: Lower Saucon Township Police Department\/Crimewatch)<\/p>\n<p>Police say 21-year-old Jahid Kareem Robinson tried to enter a home in the 2000 block of Charles Drive on Dec. 15, 2024, and also entered a vehicle in the home\u2019s driveway. Later that same day, they said he tried to enter a home and vehicle in the 1500 block of Noah\u2019s Circle. <\/p>\n<p>Investigators processed the crime scenes for DNA evidence and ultimately obtained a profile from a DNA sample that was found on a vehicle door handle. Police said the profile was entered into the Combined DNA Index System (Codis) and matched Robinson\u2019s DNA. They said confirmation of the match was later made via a DNA sample police obtained after serving Robinson with a search warrant at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility, where he has been imprisoned since July.<\/p>\n<p>According to <a href=\"https:\/\/northampton.crimewatchpa.com\/lowersauconpd\/69169\/arrests\/robinson-jahid-kareem-1-count-attempted-criminal-trespass-f3-and-2-additional-charges\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">the update police shared on Crimewatch <\/a>on Friday, Robinson also admitted in an interview that the surveillance imagery captured at the time of the attempted burglary was of him.<\/p>\n<p>Robinson is charged with one count of Attempted Criminal Trespass (Felony 3), two counts of Attempted Theft from a Motor Vehicle (Misdemeanor 3) and a summary count of criminal trespassing.<\/p>\n<p>According to the docket filed in his case, as of Nov. 7 he remained incarcerated in the Montgomery County prison and was scheduled to be arraigned on the charges he is facing in Lower Saucon Township on Thursday, Dec. 4 in Easton.<\/p>\n<p>The docket didn\u2019t list an attorney for Robinson.<\/p>\n<p>Note:\u00a0All individuals arrested or charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
