A Scranton man aimed a firearm at another man and threatened to shoot him, alleging the other man cut him off in traffic, according to a criminal complaint.<\/p>\n
Matthew Demarco, 32, is charged with making terroristic threats and harassment.<\/p>\n
According to the criminal complaint:<\/p>\n
At about 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, Demarco and Peter Graziano were driving east on the Casey Highway in their respective vehicles.<\/p>\n
Both men got off the highway at Exit 3 toward Jessup, with Graziano pulling off to the right lane and Demarco pulling off to the left lane.<\/p>\n
At that point, Demarco, of 926 Stafford Ave., lowered his passenger side window, began yelling that Graziano had cut him off in traffic, and the two began arguing.<\/p>\n
Demarco pulled out a black handgun and aimed it at Graziano in a threatening manner. He cocked the slide, simulating he was loading a round into the chamber.<\/p>\n
Demarco then aimed the handgun directly at Graziano and threatened to kill him.<\/p>\n
State police later found Demarco at the Loyalty Barber Shop in Archbald, where he works.<\/p>\n
He admitted there was an altercation but told a different version of the story than Graziano.<\/p>\n
Troopers found the firearm inside the barbershop, stored in a black leather holster and unloaded.<\/p>\n
Officers identified the firearm as a Stoeger 9 mm handgun.<\/p>\n
