\nLeadership Driving the Change

Matt Gundrum, Director of Brewery Operations, is driving this renewed direction. Starting at Iron Hill in 2006 as a server and bartender before climbing the ranks into brewery leadership, Gundrum’s goal is straightforward: bring the brand back to its roots through exceptional beer, fresh-from-scratch cooking, and highly knowledgeable, attentive service.<\/p>\n

Joining him is Walter Weddington, who provides critical insight into enhancing the brand’s overall hospitality and culinary experience.
