The per person fee includes light refreshments.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__body\">\u2022Sept. 12: KATO<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__body\">\u2022Sept. 26: Johnny K<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__body\">The following dance will be offered 1-3 p.m. in the Trexler Room. The per person fee includes light refreshments.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__body\">\u2022Sept. 23: Johnny K<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__body\">The following dance classes are scheduled:<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__body\">\u2022Sept. 14, 21, 28: \u201cLine Dance\u201d led by instructor Linda Peters, 12:30 p.m. Students must have line dance experience. You will learn the newest, most popular line dances as well as some of the classics.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__body\">\u2022Sept. 14, 21, 28: \u201cIntroduction to Line Dance\u201d led by instructor Linda Peters, 1:45 p.m. Students learn the basic steps and proper technique with fun, easy dances to all genres of music. No experience needed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__body\">The following exercise classes are scheduled:<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__body\">\u2022Sept. 11, 18, 25: \u201cTai Chi for Balance,\u201d led by instructor Bob Donnelly (Pai Ma Shen), 10:30 a.m. Tai Chi is a holistic exercise that helps reduce stress and promote physical well-being. Participants use slow flowing movement to coordinate breath and enhance strength, balance and calmness.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__body\">\u2022Sept. 11, 14, 18, 21, 25, 28: \u201cFit Circuit\u201d led by instructor Sara Mercer, 12:30 p.m. This low impact circuit style class, featuring upbeat choreography mixed with strength training, is a great overall cardio workout.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__body\">\u2022Sept. 14, 21, 28: \u201cBarre\u201d led by instructor Michele Fisher, 10:15 a.m. A low impact toning class that blends the principles of Pilates, yoga, strength training and ballet to activate your entire body. Focus on proper body alignment, balance, stability and flexibility and strength. The class targets hips, glutes, abs and arms. Standing and floor work and the ballet barre is used for some portions of class, but this is not a dance class.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__body\">\u2022Sept. 14, 16, 21, 23, 28, 30: \u201cZumba\u201d led by instructor Grace Conti, 9:30 a.m. Dancers and non-dancers will enjoy this Latin inspired, dance fitness class, which is designed for seniors.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__body\">\u2022Sept. 10, 15, 17, 22, 24, 29: \u201cZumba\u201d led by instructor Ed Nickels, 9 a.m. Dancers and non-dancers will enjoy this Latin inspired dance fitness class, which is designed for seniors.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__body\">\u2022Sept. 10, 17, 24: \u201cSilver Warrior\u201d led by instructor Rob Comins, 9 a.m. This class is structured to help improve balance, cognitive functions, coordination, endurance, strength and relive stress.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__body\">\u2022Sept. 15, 22, 29: \u201cTai Chi Qigong\u201d led by instructor Alice Perry, 2:10 p.m. Very beginner, friendly, meditative and peaceful. The class consists of two sets of 18 movements.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__body\">\u2022Sept. 10, 17, 24: \u201cYi Jin Jing\u201d led by instructor Alice Perry, 2:10 p.m. Improve your range of motion and mental suppleness with these flowing sets of moves known as Yi Jin Jing, which translates to \u201cthe muscles, tendon, ligament and bone changing method.\u201d Classes are beginner friendly because the movements are simple, flowing and easy to follow; each will include a mix of standing, walking, seated and reclining sequences.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__body\">\u2022Sept. 16, 23, 30: \u201cWild Card Wednesday\u201d led by instructor Michele Fisher, 4:30 p.m. This dynamic senior exercise class is designed to keep participants engaged, energized and motivated by offering a new experience every week.
