Allegheny County contractor accused of taking nearly $100,000, spending victims\u2019 money at Rivers Casino<\/p>\n

A man from Allegheny County is accused of defrauding his victims out of nearly $100,000 through a home improvement scheme. <\/p>\n

Brian Falce, 46, faces multiple charges including deceptive or fraudulent business practices, theft by deception and home improvement fraud. <\/p>\n

Victims made five separate reports, alleging Falce agreed to work on their homes, would collect payments and then would not complete that work. <\/p>\n

One of the reports claims Falce collected over $35,000 from the victims for their kitchen to be remodeled in July of 2024. <\/p>\n

Falce allegedly told the victims their total remodel would cost over $61,000. According to the criminal complaint, he collected three deposits from the victims. <\/p>\n

Falce picked up the first deposit work $20,000 on July 5, telling the victims work would begin in the fall of 2024, a criminal complaint states. <\/p>\n

After months of delays and requests for additional money, authorities say the victims contacted the cabinet company to check on the status of the order made by Falce.<\/p>\n

The complaint states the order for cabinets was never made. The victims allegedly confronted Falce and asked him to return their money in June of 2025. <\/p>\n

Falce allegedly stopped communicating with the couple after that discussion. <\/p>\n
