(WPVI) &#8212; Several district attorneys across Pennsylvania are <a class=\"zZygg UbGlr iFzkS qdXbA WCDhQ DbOXS tqUtK GpWVU iJYzE \" data-testid=\"prism-linkbase\" href=\"https:\/\/www.buckscounty.gov\/m\/newsflash\/Home\/Detail\/1624\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">taking the ticket-selling platform Vivid Seats to court.<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">DAs in Bucks, Montgomery and five other counties accuse Vivid of deceiving customers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">Their lawsuit claims the site advertises low ticket prices, only to tack on hidden <a class=\"zZygg UbGlr iFzkS qdXbA WCDhQ DbOXS tqUtK GpWVU iJYzE \" data-testid=\"prism-linkbase\" href=\"https:\/\/6abc.com\/post\/federal-trade-commission-banning-junk-fees-live-events-hotels\/15668585\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">junk fees<\/a> at check out that dramatically increase the final cost.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">The DAs are suing to force Vivid Seats to adopt more transparent pricing practices and pay restitution to impacted customers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC eTIW sUzSN \">Action News is awaiting a response from Vivid on the lawsuit.<br class=\" \"\/><\/p>\n<p>Copyright \u00a9 2026 WPVI-TV.
