The exhibition is open Wednesday through Sunday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.<\/p>\n<p>This contemporary art exhibition explores the experiences of present-day coal communities through the lens of the United Mine Workers of America. Centering on Cumberland Mine in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania, the exhibition examines the pride, uncertainty and challenges faced by people whose livelihoods depend on the coal industry.<\/p>\n<p>The exhibition features three interview-based animations alongside nineteen laser-cut abstractions of historic Pennsylvania mines. Through these works, artist Zach Horn documents the realities of working-class communities while highlighting the enduring cultural and economic significance of mining.<\/p>\n<p>Horn\u2019s work has been exhibited nationally and internationally, with solo exhibitions in the United States, Finland and South Korea.
