But because so many other major airports will be facing flight reductions, flights arriving to or departing from PIT could see ripple effects.<\/p>\n<p>The list of affected airports, <a href=\"https:\/\/abcnews.go.com\/US\/flight-capacity-reduced-10-40-major-airports-faa\/story?id=127235525\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">published by ABC News<\/a>, does include Philadelphia International. A source told ABC News that the flight reductions will start at 4% on Friday and work up to 10%. The flights facing these reductions are scheduled during the hours of 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Airport officials said to closely monitor their flight schedules with their airlines or follow their flights at <a href=\"https:\/\/flypittsburgh.com\/pittsburgh-international-airport\/flights\/flight-status\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">flypittsburgh.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>There\u2019s still no word about an opening day for the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pittsburghmagazine.com\/airport-guide-new-pittsburgh-terminal\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">$1.7 billion new terminal<\/a> at Pittsburgh International Airport.<\/p>\n<p>The following airports that are facing cuts are:<\/p>\n<p>Anchorage International<br \/>\nBaltimore\/Washington International<br \/>\nBoston-Logan International<br \/>\nCharlotte Douglas International<br \/>\nChicago Midway International<br \/>\nChicago O\u2019Hare International<br \/>\nCincinnati\/Northern Kentucky International<br \/>\nDallas-Fort Worth International<br \/>\nDallas Love Field<br \/>\nDenver International<br \/>\nDetroit Metropolitan Wayne County<br \/>\nFort Lauderdale-Hollywood International<br \/>\nGeorge Bush Houston Intercontinental<br \/>\nHartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International<br \/>\nHonolulu International<br \/>\nHouston Hobby<br \/>\nIndianapolis International<br \/>\nLas Vegas Harry Reid International<br \/>\nLos Angeles International<br \/>\nLouisville Muhammad Ali International<br \/>\nMemphis International<br \/>\nMiami International<br \/>\nMinneapolis-Saint Paul International<br \/>\nNew York LaGuardia<br \/>\nNew York John F.
