(WOLF) \u2014 Drivers should expect lane restrictions and rolling slowdowns in both directions of Interstate 81 in Lackawanna County on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>The traffic impacts are scheduled from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. between the Dunmore\/Throop exit, Exit 188, and the Dickson City\/Main Avenue exit, Exit 190.<\/p>\n<p>Utility crews will replace poles and wiring that cross the interstate.<\/p>\n<p>The work is weather dependent.
