{"id":285859,"date":"2026-09-14T17:08:07","date_gmt":"2026-09-14T17:08:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/285859\/"},"modified":"2026-09-14T17:08:07","modified_gmt":"2026-09-14T17:08:07","slug":"the-neshaminy-mall-is-closing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/285859\/","title":{"rendered":"The Neshaminy Mall Is Closing"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Neshaminy Mall sits on a ~108.5 acre-site located on Route 1 (right off Exit 351 of the PA Turnpike).<\/p>\n<p>While the mall will be closing, the AMC-24 Movie Theater, and popular anchor stores, Boscov\u2019s and Barnes and Noble, will remain.<\/p>\n<p>The mall lost a chuck of customers when anchor stores closed with Macy&#8217;s in 2017 and Sears in 2018.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s a shame,&#8221; Hayes said. &#8220;They&#8217;re losing all of their stores.
