That\u2019s the suggestion I\u2019ve seen lately. The Washington Post<\/a> reported that matcha and chai might be becoming more popular, and search interest for \u201cbanana coffee syrup\u201d surpassed \u201cpumpkin spice coffee syrup.\u201d USA TODAY<\/a> reported that McDonald\u2019s left pumpkin spice off its menu for the first time in a decade in favor of apple pie flavors.<\/p>\n I am not the target audience for fall drinks from a cafe \u2014 indeed, a Keurig pod is typically good enough for me. But I\u2019m not sure pumpkin drinks are dead. As Click2Houston<\/a> reported, Starbucks brought back its pumpkin spice lattes in late August and said it had its strongest fall menu launch day ever in the United States and Canada.<\/p>\n Fall is a long season with plenty of days and plenty of hours in those days, so I think there\u2019s room for more than one flavor. Here are some spots in the Lehigh Valley to enjoy them.<\/p>\n Sip + Dip has begun offering pumpkin ice cream cake<\/a> and pumpkin bowls<\/a> with granola, green apple and Biscoff at at Whitehall Plaza at 2407 MacArthur Road in Whitehall Township.<\/p>\n The shop also offers acai bowls<\/a>, coffee, waffles, crepes, pancakes on a stick with toppings like Nutella, handcrafted drinks such as refreshers and Dubai chocolate cups.<\/p>\n The Cozy Crumbs Caf\u00e9 offers pumpkin spice<\/a> lattes and iced coffees as well as banana bread<\/a> lattes and matcha at the ArtsWalk at 21 N. Seventh St. in Allentown.<\/p>\n The cafe also serves coffee, hot chocolate, bubble tea, desserts, sandwiches, calzones, meat pies and salads.<\/p>\n North Street Cafe is serving pumpkin spice coffee<\/a>, beignets with pumpkin spice glaze<\/a>, caramel apple-stuffed French toast<\/a> and pumpkin-pecan pancakes<\/a> at 46 W. North St. in Bethlehem.<\/p>\n Other offerings<\/a> include eggs, waffles, wraps, burgers, gyros, quesadillas and salads.<\/p>\n Let\u2019s Go Coffee Co. announced fall drinks<\/a> such as salted maple spice matcha and lattes, pumpkin spice lattes and chaider at 358 Main St. in Emmaus.<\/p>\n It also serves<\/a> coffee, teas, cookies, cakes, cupcakes, muffins and cinnamon rolls.<\/p>\n Plants + Coffee serves drinks<\/a> such as pumpkin spice and white pumpkin lattes, maple bun lattes, pumpkin roll chai, pumpkin cookie butter lattes, pecan pie lattes and black cherry chai lattes at 1458 Northampton St. in Easton.<\/p>\n The menu also includes coffee, teas, lemonade, spritzers and various bagel styles.<\/p>\n Roasties serves pumpkin spice lattes<\/a>, pumpkin pie chai, banana matcha, maple and hazelnut lattes, cold brews with salted maple bourbon syrup and pumpkin cream cheese scones<\/a> at 17 N.
