A Pennsylvania man with a history of violence has been arrested for plotting a violent attack in support of ISIS, the Department of Justice revealed on Tuesday.<\/p>\n
Jonathan Hunter Kramer, who was accused of pledging allegiance to ISIS<\/a> and allegedly wrote of how he was preparing for a \u201cmission,\u201d was caught with an automatic rifle and 190 rounds of ammunition, the feds said.<\/p>\n Kramer, 21, was charged with receiving a firearm and ammunition, knowing or having reasonable cause to believe they would be used to commit a felony or federal crime of terrorism, including providing or attempting to provide material support to a designated foreign terrorist organization, according to Fox News.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n It\u2019s not the first time Kramer has been on the feds\u2019 radar.<\/p>\n When he was a minor, he was charged in Pennsylvania for planning a mass-casualty attack and accused of having child sex abuse material, according to the report, which cited the criminal complaint.<\/p>\n He served time in a juvenile detention facility, but it apparently did little to solve his violent impulses, authorities said.<\/p>\n In March, a tipster told authorities that Kramer, of Valencia, Pennsylvania, just north of Pittsburgh, was buying \u201cmysterious packages\u201d and connecting with friends he had prior to serving time, the outlet reported.<\/p>\n Kramer used the name \u201cHamza Al Rashid\u201d online, offered to share explosives manuals and wrote that all he needed was a \u201cweapon\u201d to carry out his mission, according to reports.<\/p>\n The target of the alleged attack was unclear.<\/p>\n FBI agents watched Kramer leave his house last week with a bag and buy a disposable cellphone, and then followed him to a hotel and another store where he was seen at the gun counter, according to the report.<\/p>\n They approached him when he returned to the hotel and found the rifle and ammo;\u00a0 five rifle magazines, two of which were loaded; a rifle scope, pepper spray, and 30 knives, authorities said.<\/p>\n There was also a bizarre note, according to the DOJ, which read:\u00a0\u201cDoNt look For me[.] IDK what I did buT I cant live In constant Fear[.]\u201d<\/p>\n Watch above via Fox News.<\/p>\n
