PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — There are still many unanswered questions about what happened inside a home on Chew Avenue in Philadelphia’s Olney neighborhood<\/a>, where sources say investigators are now reviewing more than 1 million pieces of digital evidence<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Before living in Philadelphia, Eugene Horsch<\/a> and his father, Raymond “RC” Horsch, lived in a quiet neighborhood in Chalfont, Bucks County. Neighbors who knew the family said memories of the father and son remain difficult to forget.<\/p>\n

“It’s always been quiet all the years I’ve lived here,” neighbor Kimberly Rissinger said.<\/p>\n

The neighborhood, located about 40 minutes outside Philadelphia, was once home to the Horsch family. Residents who still live there described Raymond Horsch as someone they preferred to avoid.<\/p>\n

A total of five missing women have now been linked to the sprawling and ongoing investigation centered on a home in Philadelphia’s Olney neighborhood.<\/p>\n

“He was creepy. There wasn’t much good to say about them at all. We just stayed away from them,” one neighbor said.<\/p>\n

Kimberly Rissinger said Raymond Horsch would leave his house late at night, often bringing women back with him.<\/p>\n

“He would come out in his Jeep, bring people in and out; he was picking up women in the city and bringing them home,” she said.<\/p>\n

Neighbors also remembered Eugene.<\/p>\n

“He was a kid when Ray was doing all of that,” neighbor Greg Rissinger said.<\/p>\n

Rissinger added the kids used to call him the “porn-o” man and knew to stay away because he was reportedly trouble.<\/p>\n

Raymond Horsch described himself in several ways, noting at the end of one of his books as an “artist, filmmaker, porn performer, a drug smuggler, and fugitive.”<\/p>\n

Raymond had a criminal history. The last time people in this neighborhood saw him was back in 2009 when investigators discovered a marijuana-growing operation in the basement of the Chalfont home.<\/p>\n

Authorities arrested the elder Horsch after more than 200 marijuana plants were removed from the property.<\/p>\n

“I remember that day well. Cops came in; they went into the house and it was cops everywhere; it was a mess,” Rissinger said.<\/p>\n

As the investigation connected to the Olney home continues<\/a> to expand, a fifth missing woman has now been tied to the case.<\/p>\n

Nicole Fusaro was 27 years old when she disappeared in 2018. Her family said detectives notified them that she is the latest victim identified through the digital evidence recovered during the investigation.<\/p>\n

Sources told Action News that the FBI has increased the number of agents assigned to the case to help authenticate the massive amount of digital evidence recovered from the Olney home.<\/p>\n

Police are expected to provide an update on the investigation during a news conference this week.<\/p>\n

Authorities could hold that briefing as early as Wednesday.<\/p>\n
