Israeli enemy forces raided the town of Za’tara, east of Bethlehem in the West Bank, on Wednesday.<\/p>\n
A Palestinian security source reported that Israeli enemy forces entered the town, deployed in several neighborhoods, and raided a number of homes, facilities, and a commercial shop, searching the premises and ransacking their contents.<\/p>\n
The source added that no arrests were reported during the raid, according to the Palestinian news agency “Wafa.”<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, in Salfit, Israeli enemy forces began demolishing a pastoral community on Wednesday morning in the western area of Deir Ballut town, west of Salfit in the West Bank. Local sources reported to WAFA that Israeli occupation forces stormed the area and began demolishing the settlement\u2014home to more than 20 residents for over two decades.<\/p>\n
The sources added that the residents own a flock of approximately 1,000 sheep; the demolition threatens their livelihoods and raises fears of their complete displacement and the depopulation of the area.<\/p>\n
