{"id":287441,"date":"2026-09-16T16:54:36","date_gmt":"2026-09-16T16:54:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/287441\/"},"modified":"2026-09-16T16:54:36","modified_gmt":"2026-09-16T16:54:36","slug":"prostitution-charges-filed-in-bethlehem-case-the-taylorsville-times","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/287441\/","title":{"rendered":"Prostitution charges filed in Bethlehem case \u2013 The Taylorsville Times"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Two women have been arrested on charges of prostitution at a business in the Bethlehem Community.<\/p>\n<p>On September 15, 2026, deputies with the Alexander County Sheriff\u2019s Office arrested and charged two individuals following an investigation into alleged prostitution activity at Energy Wellness Center, 1173 Shiloh Church Road, in Bethlehem, according to Sheriff Chad Pennell.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/Huang-and-Yu.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-267274\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/Huang-and-Yu.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"488\" height=\"323\"  \/><\/a><br \/>The investigation began after the Sheriff\u2019s Office received complaints regarding suspected activity at the business. Investigators conducted an investigation that led to the individuals being charged.<\/p>\n<p>Yuxiang Huang A\/F, age 47, of Hickory was charged with:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Felony-Promote Prostitution for Profit<br \/>\u2022 Felony Conspiracy<br \/>\u2022 Misdemeanor-Resisting Public Officer<\/p>\n<p>Huang is currently being held at the Alexander County Detention Center under a $100,000 secured bond. Her first court appearance is scheduled for September 21, 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Na Yu A\/F, age 49, of Hickory was charged with:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Felony-Promote Prostitution for Profit<br \/>\u2022 Felony Conspiracy<br \/>\u2022 Felony-Offering Bribes<br \/>\u2022 Misdemeanor-Prostitution<br \/>\u2022 Misdemeanor-Resisting Public Officer<\/p>\n<p>Yu is currently being held at the Alexander County Detention Center under $160,000 secured bond.
