Here is a list of violations recorded Oct. 29 to Nov. 6.<\/p>\n<p>4 critical violations<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">O&#8217;Charley&#8217;s, 2077 Interchange Road, Millcreek Township. (Vacuum sealing steaks without a food hazard plan, called HACCP plan; Catfish in a chill drawer on the cooking line wasn&#8217;t cold enough; food that should be a least 135 degrees was found at 110 to 123 degrees; employee observed talking on a cell phone wearing gloves and didn&#8217;t change them when returning to work.) Also one noncritical violation. Oct. 29<\/p>\n<p>1 critical violation<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Underdog BBQ, 2714 W Eighth St., Millcreek Township. (Vacuum sealing steaks without an HACCP plan.) Oct. 29<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Sportsmen&#8217;s Athletic Club, 2727 W. Eighth St., Millcreek Township. (Several packages of lunch meats dated Oct. 15 and Oct. 22 in refrigeration.) Also one noncritical violation.
