Sam\u2019s served up breakfast selections such as omelets, French toast, pancakes, specialty Benedicts and breakfast skillets, burritos and sandwiches.<\/p>\n
For lunch and dinner, guests could enjoy appetizers such as burrata, quesadillas, mussels Portofino and crispy shredded Brussels sprouts and quesadillas; handhelds such as a brisket sandwich, fried crab cake sandwich, stuffed portobello sandwich and Sam’s gyro; and entrees such as chicken Tuscano, cilantro lime salmon, lobster mac and cheese, Mediterranean red snapper, pork loin chop and 12-ounce New York strip.<\/p>\n
Other menu highlights included a variety of burgers, flatbreads, salads and mixed grill options.<\/p>\n
Sam’s Wyomissing Bistro, named after owner and chef Sam Abbas, occupied a renovated space that previously housed other dining establishments, including Arner’s, Giannotti’s and, most recently, The Berkshire Family Restaurant.<\/p>\n
