PITTSTON \u2014 The Duchess Outlet will host the 3rd Annual Pittston Antique Fair from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 3 inside the outlet and the Foundry Grounds behind the outlet. Admission is free.<\/p>\n
The event will feature 75 vendors, food trucks, live entertainment, and activities for the children at the 75 William Street location.<\/p>\n
Organizers Julio Caprari, Paul Caprari Jr., and Joe McLean, have been pleased with the progress of the Antique Fair over the last two years.<\/p>\n
Julio Caprari said spending the day at the fair exploring one-of-a-kind antiques, vintage treasures, collectibles, home d\u00e9cor, handmade goods, and much more is a lot of fun.<\/p>\n
\u201cWhether you\u2019re a seasoned collector, decorating your home, or simply looking for a fun fall outing, there\u2019s something for everyone to discover at the 3rd Annual Antique Fair,\u201d Caprari added.<\/p>\n
Caprari said Foundry St. would be closed to traffic where food trucks will be placed making the adding additional space for vendors on the grounds.<\/p>\n
If you are hungry, you can be treated to food from Cibo\u2019s Pizza, The Potato Pancake Shake, Sammy\u2019s Caribbean Grill, Ice Screamers, Pittston Popcorn, Tim\u2019s Chili & Salsa, Bartolai Winery, Winter Hills Honey, Dirty Girl\u2019s Dirty Soda Bar or purchase a cigar from Trioianiello Cigars.<\/p>\n
As in the previous years, a barbershop quartet will walk about the grounds singing favorites, Just Plain Crazy Face Painting will be on hand, mining demonstrations and historical and archaeology.<\/p>\n
There will be a special appearance by Mrs. Q and friends from New York City where she will present a living history of Wyoming Valley during the American Revolution.<\/p>\n
Performers will portray real people who lived at that time. It will include a display of clothing, wigs and accessories that you can try on.<\/p>\n
Caprari said he, along with his brother Paul and Joe McLean have been looking forward to the 3rd Annual Pittston Antique Fair making it one of the highlights of the year.<\/p>\n
