PITTSBURGH \u2014 A long-held tradition, the Pittsburgh Veterans Day Parade honored America\u2019s veterans on Saturday.<\/p>\n
CLICK HERE TO SEE PHOTOS FROM THE PARADE<\/a><\/p>\n The parade along Liberty Avenue featured military, civic and youth groups, as well as military floats and vintage vehicles.<\/p>\n Pittsburgh\u2019s Veterans Day parade has run every year since 1919. <\/p>\n For some in attendance, the parade was a chance to reflect and remember.<\/p>\n \u201cWe\u2019re the lucky ones. We\u2019re the ones who came home, but we left so many behind,\u201d Vietnam Veterans Inc. President Butch Burke said, adding, \u201cIt\u2019s terrible because I lived my life, but they died and did not.\u201d<\/p>\n Army veteran Alfred Memole was visiting from Albany, New York.
