The Berks County Coroner\u2019s Office has identified a 77-year-old man who was found dead in a private pond in Brecknock Township earlier this week.<\/p>\n
George E. Dunda, 77, of Brecknock Township, was identified as the man found in a pond in the 1600 block of Wyomissing Road, according to an update released by the Coroner\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n
The Berks County 911 Center received a call on Sept. 14 reporting an individual in the pond. Investigators from the Coroner\u2019s Office responded to the scene, where Dunda was pronounced dead at 3:10 p.m.<\/p>\n
The circumstances surrounding Dunda\u2019s death remain under investigation. The Coroner\u2019s Office said additional information will be released as the investigation permits.<\/p>\n
