ALLENTOWN, Pa. – Congressman Ryan Mackenzie has just secured a major endorsement ahead of the midterm election this November.<\/p>\n
On Saturday, the US Chamber of Commerce officially endorsed Mackenzie while members were in town as part of a bus tour.<\/p>\n
The Opportunity Tour is going around America as part of the Chamber\u2019s Fight for Free Enterprise initiative.<\/p>\n
They stopped by the Allentown Farmer’s Market to speak with small business owners and local entrepreneurs on Saturday, accompanied by Congressman Mackenzie.<\/p>\n
“I just so appreciate the endorsement from the Chamber of Commerce. They represent businesses large and small, and I think their endorsement shows I have, at heart, the best interests of our workers and our small businesses right here in our local community,\u201d said Mackenzie.<\/p>\n
The 69 News team reached out to Bob Brooks’ campaign for a comment on the endorsement, and the campaign responded with a statement about the high costs families are facing.<\/p>\n
