SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE\/WYOU) \u2014 Scranton police announced they are looking for a one-year-old reported missing on Saturday.<\/p>\n

The Scranton Police Department say they are searching for one-year-old Delilah Miller, who was described as two feet tall, weighing 20 pounds. The color of their eyes, hair, and what they were wearing is unknown to authorities.<\/p>\n

Authorities say Miller was last seen with 24-year-old Kierra Smith, who was described by police as a woman standing at five feet six inches tall, weighing about 140 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes.<\/p>\n

Police explain that Miller was last spotted in the area of the 500 block of North Cameron Avenue in Scranton City, Lackawanna County on Saturday at about 3:00 p.m.<\/p>\n

Officials believe this person could be at a special risk of injury or harm or could be confused.<\/p>\n

Police ask anyone with information on Miller is asked to contact authorities immediately by calling 911 or calling the Scranton Police Department at (570) 348-4141.<\/p>\n
