The Pittsburgh Steelers needed five takeaways to beat the New England Patriots<\/a> at Gillette Stadium in 2025. <\/p>\n

Five may not have been enough in the rematch between those teams on Sunday. The Steelers offense could do nothing all day in a 20-3 loss to the Patriots that was nowhere near as close as the score appeared.<\/p>\n

The Steelers were out-gained as the Pittsburgh offense went nowhere all day. Running backs Rico Dowdle<\/a> and Jaylen Warren<\/a> combined to run 18 times for 65 yards. Aaron Rodgers<\/a> averaged a paltry 187 yards on 23 of 39 passing.<\/p>\n
