(MELISSA JANOSKI\/STAFF WRITER)\n<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"#\" class=\"icon-enlarge mng-gallery-fullscreen-expand\" aria-label=\"Expand fullscreen slideshow\">Expand<\/a><\/p>\n<p>He appeared on \u201cHell\u2019s Kitchen\u201d with celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay several years ago.\u00a0Langdon\u2019s regional experience includes Alter House Restaurant &amp; Bar in Clarks Summit, Glenmaura National Golf Club in Moosic and the Huntsville Golf Club in Lehman Township.<\/p>\n<p>The goal is fresh comfort food on demand seven days a week, for people who are busy or just uninterested in cooking that day.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe saw a niche that wasn\u2019t filled quite yet,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>On a recent day, 150 orders of chicken marsala with ricotta cavatelli were snapped up in a few hours, he said.<\/p>\n<p>Some of Friday\u2019s entrees included meatloaf or vegetarian risotto for $13 and petite beef tenderloin for $16.<\/p>\n<p>The menu changes about every 10 days.\u00a0\u201cSo you\u2019re not getting the same thing over and over,\u201d said co-owner Kristen Favata.<\/p>\n<p>Her husband, David Favata, is also a co-owner. As parents of student-athletes, they know how hard it is to get dinner on the table, she said.<\/p>\n<p>They stock products from some local businesses, including Twisted Sourdough and Brace\u2019s Orchard in the Back Mountain and Mike\u2019s Sourdough in West Pittston.<\/p>\n<p>The 12-mile delivery zone reaches into Wilkes-Barre and parts of Lackawanna County.<\/p>\n<p>Rotten Tomato delivery fees are around $3.50.
