They have to prove their date of birth<\/a> to the jury management office.<\/p>\n But in Mississippi, people 65 years old and older can be excused, and only need to file an online form<\/a>. <\/p>\n Folks in the state of Washington, on the other hand, need to reach 80 years old<\/a> before qualifying for an age-related excuse.
