The dedication included Psalm 23, remarks by State Rep. Steve Samuelson, D-135th, a proclamation presented on behalf of the City of Bethlehem, the placing of stones of remembrance, a reading of Elie Wiesel\u2019s \u201cNever Shall I Forget,\u201d the Kaddish and Yom HaShoah prayer.
