A detour will be in place during the two-hour operation, but drivers are encouraged to take an alternate route.\n<\/p>\n<p>PennDOT officials replaced the 208-foot-long, 52-foot-wide bridge spanning the Lackawanna River last year. The bridge, which was built in built in 1946 and partly upgraded in 1983, deteriorated and had to be replaced, officials said.
