Additionally, Pittsburgh is signing cornerback Darius Rush to the practice squad.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1upudxki _174s0un1 _174s0un0 _1mt21p01\">Hodgins has been on several rosters, but most notably had his best season in 2022 with the New York Giants as they were a surprise playoff team under then-head coach Brian Daboll. Hodgins caught 33 passes and four touchdowns for the Giants that season. Last year in seven games for the Giants, he caught 10 passes and one touchdown. He also spent a brief period in Pittsburgh in 2025.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1upudxki _174s0un1 _174s0un0 _1mt21p01\">Rush is a familiar face to the Steelers, as well. He appeared in five games for Pittsburgh across the 2023 and 2024 seasons.
