The Person in Charge does not have adequate control of food safety in this food facility as evidenced by this repeat non-compliant inspection. The water temperature at the wash compartment of the 3-compartment manual ware washing sink in the back room was 77\u00b0F, rather than not less than 110\u00b0F, as required. Unused equipment stored in the 3-compartment sink area and the back room near the walk-in cooler should be removed from the food facility. Plumbing system not maintained in good repair – observed water still leaking at one of the handwash sinks in the restroom. There is still an accumulation of dirt\/debris\/residue on the floor and counters in the kitchen area behind the drink counter and on the floor in the back room by the walk-in cooler. Food facility inspection indicates evidence of rodent activity. Facility may need to increase the frequence of their pest control program. Potential rodent harborage areas inside the food facility observed in the area outside the walk-in cooler and the back sink room due to clutter.<\/p>\n
