A detective testified that blood belonging to 15-year-old Michael Garr was found on clothing worn by the man accused of killing the Upper Darby High School student<\/a> in Delaware County in 2023.<\/p>\n

Lead Detective Robert Marvil told jurors that when officers took Marson Weh into custody<\/a>, Weh was wearing long johns with blood on them. Marvil testified that laboratory testing later determined the blood belonged to Garr.<\/p>\n

Prosecutors say Garr was stabbed multiple times, including at least once in the throat, severing his trachea.<\/p>\n

Rouse asked Garr’s family to refrain from speaking to reporters until after the trial is over. The trial is expected to wrap up by the end of the week.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, members of the community are turning on green lights outside their homes in honor of Garr.<\/p>\n
