A national burrito chain is expanding in the Lehigh Valley with a new restaurant set to open next week.<\/p>\n

Bubbakoo\u2019s Burritos will open Tuesday at the Bethlehem Square shopping center at 3926 Nazareth Pike, Unit 10B, in Bethlehem Township, according to Deepak Patil, the franchisee alongside his wife Sarah.<\/p>\n

The website lists menu options<\/a> such as burritos, tacos, bowls, quesadillas and desserts like miniature churro bites. The hours will be 10:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. all week, Patil said.<\/p>\n
