Now, a third lane is shutting down for three blocks between Bellefield Avenue and Lytton Avenue. <\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">In that area, only one lane of traffic will be open to general traffic. Buses will continue to use the red bus-only lanes.
