It was a night of celebration for NBC10 and Telemundo62 as journalists and news teams from both stations took home Regional Emmy Awards for their work covering the stories that matter to communities across the Philadelphia region.<\/p>\n

The honors were presented Saturday night during a ceremony at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown and recognized work ranging from breaking and continuing news coverage to weather, sports and investigative reporting.<\/p>\n

Among the honorees were NBC10\u2019s Matt DeLucia and Robert Johnson, along with Telemundo62 journalists Crishtbel Mora, Reece Rosario and Evelisse De Jes\u00fas Ortiz.<\/p>\n

NBC10\u2019s \u201cNews at 4pm\u201d was honored in the Daytime Newscast category, while the station\u2019s coverage of the \u201cNursing Home Explosion\u201d received an Emmy for Continuing Coverage.<\/p>\n

Telemundo62 was recognized for several major stories and specials, including \u201cICE Breaks Down Door in Dramatic Raid,\u201d \u201cWhen Fake Looks Real: The New AI Threat,\u201d \u201cWinter\u2019s Fury: Philadelphia Buried\u201d and the sports special \u201cCamino Al Trofeo.\u201d<\/p>\n

Two NBC10 veterans inducted into Silver Circle Society<\/p>\n

The celebration also included a special honor for two longtime members of the NBC10 family.<\/p>\n

Charles Walter and Ted Greenberg were among 15 people inducted into the Silver Circle Society, which honors broadcast professionals with at least 25 years of service to the industry.<\/p>\n

Walter, a technical supervisor, has been part of NBC10 since 1986, spending four decades with the station.<\/p>\n

Greenberg is a familiar face to viewers across the region as NBC10\u2019s Jersey Shore reporter. He also reports for NBC4 New York.<\/p>\n

The Silver Circle recognition celebrates their decades-long contributions to broadcasting and their commitment to serving viewers in the communities they cover.<\/p>\n

Congratulations to all of this year\u2019s NBC10 and Telemundo62 Regional Emmy recipients and to Charles Walter and Ted Greenberg on their Silver Circle honors.<\/p>\n
