Duquesne Light workers with the IBEW Local 29 union could be going on strike, as their contract is set to expire Wednesday, according to a spokesman.<\/p>\n
“Unless something changes drastically on the company’s end, there will be a work stoppage tomorrow at midnight,” IBEW Local 29 business manager Josh Ewing said in a statement Tuesday evening.<\/p>\n
