77-year-old dead after late-night head-on crash in Washington County<\/p>\n

A 77-year-old man is dead following a head-on crash in Washington County Thursday night.<\/p>\n

Pennsylvania State Police were called to 3400 Jefferson Avenue in Hopewell Township for a crash involving two vehicles around 11:58 p.m.<\/p>\n

Officials believe a 77-year-old man was heading west on the road when he crossed into the eastbound lane and hit a truck head-on.<\/p>\n

The 77-year-old, who has not been identified, was flown to a hospital where he later died. <\/p>\n

The condition of the truck driver is unknown. <\/p>\n
