\u201cFrom start to finish, I thought we were good. Especially (given) that we played last night and that didn\u2019t go the way that we wanted it to. But I thought we got to our game right away. First shift, which was nice. Then, we had the bulk of the play. I just like that we had the (ability) to stick with it. Our power play came up big. Our penalty kill was great. That\u2019s what it needed to do tonight, but I liked the whole process.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cObviously there\u2019s a pre-scout; you try and look a little bit at what they\u2019re going to do, what their tendencies are, but I\u2019ve always said it comes down to execution, the passes and the shots. There\u2019s always plays that you think you\u2019re going to run, but it\u2019s hockey, you know? You\u2019ve got to play hockey, and there\u2019s a reason why you\u2019re on the power play. Fly, for example, on that pass in the slot for me- it was elite. Happy to be good in that department too.\u201d<\/p>\n
