Officers took him to a nearby hospital, where he was placed in stable condition.<\/p>\n<p>Police described the gunman as a man between  20 and 30 years old with a tall, thin build. He was wearing all black clothing and was last seen running eastbound on Spring Garden Street toward 10th Street.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/Spring-Garden-Shooting.png\" loading=\"lazy\"   alt=\" \"\/><\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\tNBC10NBC10<\/p>\n<p>No arrest has been made, according to police. <\/p>\n<p>Anyone with information regarding this shooting is asked to contact the Philadelphia Police Department.
