{"id":300616,"date":"2026-10-06T05:14:09","date_gmt":"2026-10-06T05:14:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/300616\/"},"modified":"2026-10-06T05:14:09","modified_gmt":"2026-10-06T05:14:09","slug":"pittsburgh-woman-makes-colorful-candy-decorations-for-her-home-using-recycled-materials-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/300616\/","title":{"rendered":"Pittsburgh woman makes colorful candy decorations for her home using recycled materials"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">PITTSBURGH \u2014 A North Side home is going big for Halloween with a life-size candy display that\u2019s ready to wow trick-or-treaters.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">Sara Rose created the colorful decorations for her home in the Mexican War Streets neighborhood.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">She started building the pieces back in July using only recycled materials.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">Rose says it\u2019s her way of creating a little Halloween magic and a big memory for everyone in the neighborhood.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">\u201cThat\u2019s what the kids do in this neighborhood.
