\nmatter (PM), particulate matter of 10 microns or less in diameter (PM), particulate matter of 2.5 microns or less in
\ndiameter (PMs), sulfur oxides (SOX), volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and hazardous air pollutants (HAPS), and a major
