BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Investigators with Bethlehem Police Department are trying to identify the man responsible for firing nearly a dozen shots following a youth sporting event.<\/p>\n
On November 8, just before 4:30 p.m., police responded to the area of Rodgers and Lewis streets for reports of multiple shots fired.<\/p>\n
Police say the incident, which occurred adjacent to Sell Field, happened shortly after the conclusion of a youth football championship game attended by several hundred people.<\/p>\n
Witnesses allege that an argument took place after the game, during which a man dressed in black fired multiple shots into the air before fleeing in a black sedan with tinted windows. Police recovered nine shell casings from the scene.<\/p>\n
Authorities say there were no reported injuries and the investigation is ongoing.<\/p>\n
