The first tranche of garage and garden apartments is now nearly 70 percent leased, while Larken has rented more than a third of the first 75 apartments that are available in the second phase.<\/p>\n<p>The 420-unit community at 2000 Trailside Drive is roughly 25 percent leased overall, the firm said, noting that the collection of one- and two-bedroom units will ultimately span 22 buildings. Anchoring Trailside Village, which is less than five miles from New Jersey\u2019s western border, is a community clubhouse with a resident lounge, a game room, work pod rooms and a fitness center stocked with free weights and fixed-weight machines.
