(KYW Newsradio) \u2014 Bensalem Police are searching for a man they said stole a rifle from a Walmart by providing fraudulent &#8220;clearance&#8221; for the weapon.<\/p>\n<p>Officials said the theft happened around 2:30 on Friday afternoon. Surveillance footage captured the suspect walking into the Walmart on Horizon Boulevard off of Old Lincoln Highway.<\/p>\n<p>He&#8217;s seen holding a collapsible scooter, and then dons a fluorescent yellow vest and a rifle bag.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s then, police said, he went into an employee-only area of the store and handed a worker fake paperwork, claiming to have &#8220;clearance&#8221; for a Winchester .308 rifle for sale.<\/p>\n<p>He put the rifle in the bag and left the Walmart.<\/p>\n<p>More photos of the suspect can be seen on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/share\/p\/1Gbw35Erkt\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Bensalem Police Facebook page<\/a>.
