He had been shot in the head, according to state police.<\/p>\n<p>Investigators believe that Brown was driving his white Chevrolet Monte Carlo from Philadelphia to Chester when he had to pull over due to a flat rear tire. He was shot while waiting for help, law enforcement officials said.<\/p>\n<p>PSP did not detail a possible motive in the killing.
