A Lehigh Valley breakfast and lunch restaurant has set a reopening date after damage from a fire forced it to close.<\/p>\n

The State Cafe and Grill will have a full reopening Thursday at 14-16 S. Fifth St. in Easton, owner Bill Sneeringer said, following its soft opening this weekend.<\/p>\n

The restaurant closed in February due to a fire at the Hotel Hampton building<\/a> at 462 Northampton St., causing the restaurant basement to flood with water runoff.<\/p>\n
