The president of a Pittsburgh youth athletic organization has been named in a federal indictment unsealed as part of an investigation into conspiracy to distribute and possess cocaine.<\/p>\n

Martin Langford, president of the Westside Mustangs Youth Athletic Association, has been indicted in a federal conspiracy to distribute and possess cocaine.<\/p>\n

The U.S. attorney said Langford is considered a flight risk and that they are seeking to jail him.<\/p>\n

The Westside Mustangs Youth Athletic Association is based in Pittsburgh’s West End. <\/p>\n

Langford’s indictment was part of a large-scale cocaine trafficking investigation done by the Homeland Security Task Force.<\/p>\n

The 15-month investigation spanned from June 1, 2025 to Sept. 1, 2026, and resulted in the arrest of seven people, including Langford. <\/p>\n

Possession with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of cocaine<\/p>\n

Rashawdi Pugh – 47 – Aliquippa <\/p>\n

Possession with intent to distribute a quantity of cocaine <\/p>\n
