Many of those attending said they especially appreciated the perfect \u201csweater weather\u201d day, which provided an opportunity for children to sport costumes without needing to hide them with heavy coats.\u00a0At Over the Moon children\u2019s boutique, activities included a candy giveaway, balloon art and even a fashion show.\u00a0The Giving Tree provided face painting, caricatures, vendors and specialty coffees.\u00a0Other businesses provided similar treats and welcomed families for a day of fun and shopping.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazyautosizes lazyload\" alt=\"Raelynn Smith, 2, and her sister Delilah Smith, 6, donned &quot;a witch and her cat&quot; costumes for a Fall Festival in downtown Scranton on Saturday, Oct. 24, 2026.
