(WPVI) &#8212; Authorities say a 15-year-old boy has died nearly a month after a <a class=\"zZygg UbGlr iFzkS qdXbA WCDhQ DbOXS tqUtK GpWVU iJYzE \" data-testid=\"prism-linkbase\" href=\"https:\/\/6abc.com\/post\/parkland-high-school-cross-country-runner-critically-injured-falling-tree-practice-allentown\/19884837\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">falling tree branch struck him in Allentown, Lehigh County.<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">The incident happened on the morning of September 26 along the 1300 block of Oxford Drive.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">Authorities say the teen was there with members of his Parkland High School cross-country team.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC eTIW sUzSN \">The cause of death was determined to be complications from multiple blunt force injuries, and was ruled an accident.<\/p>\n<p>Copyright \u00a9 2026 WPVI-TV.
