Scott Presler,<\/a> a cofounder of Gays for Trump who has repeatedly promoted election fraud allegations, is facing questions about whether political<\/a> associates who used his Pennsylvania<\/a> address to vote met the state\u2019s residency requirements.<\/p>\n

Presler<\/a>, a longtime conservative organizer who spread election fraud theories, acknowledged through his political action committee in a statement to The Bulwark<\/a> that other individuals had used his home as their voter registration address. The PAC maintained that they lived there while working in Pennsylvania.<\/p>\n

\u201cMr. Presler is a generous person who, over time, has had friends find residency in his home while actively working and residing in Pennsylvania,\u201d reads a statement sent by Presler\u2019s Early Vote Action<\/a> PAC.<\/p>\n

It continues, \u201cEVA PAC takes its voter registration compliance with law very seriously. Several of the residents that once lived in Scott\u2019s home have now since departed and found residence elsewhere in other states\u2014yet as you\u2019ve shown, the PA voter rolls continue to reflect their names here. It is pure madness that PA can\u2019t clean up their voter rolls.\u201d<\/p>\n

Presler purchased the Beaver County home and voted in the state in 2024. According to The Bulwark\u2019s review of voting records, three people outside Presler\u2019s family also used the address to cast ballots in that election.<\/p>\n

They include Florida consultant Heather Langley, who voted in Florida in both 2020 and 2025, and conservative social media influencer Alfred Ashley, best known for his work in Oklahoma.<\/p>\n

According to The Patriot-News<\/a>, Langley used the address in 2024 even though she listed Louisiana as her home state at the same time. Ashley, who posts as Diligent Denizen, posted in 2024<\/a> about moving \u201cto Pennsylvania JUST to vote for Trump!\u201d<\/p>\n

Another politically active person, Joe Petriella, listed a Virginia address on campaign contribution records before the election, identified himself as a Pennsylvania voter from October 2024 to March 2025, and then said publicly he was moving to Washington, D.C., according to the reporting.<\/p>\n

The scrutiny comes after Presler built a national profile in part by promoting allegations of voter fraud. That included attacking a homeless shelter for allowing people experiencing homelessness to use its address to register to vote.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe found a homeless shelter in Pennsylvania that has 500+ voters registered to vote. The shelter only holds 100 beds,\u201d Presler posted in July this year. \u201cThe PA Department of State has a lot of explaining to do. We\u2019re finding this all over the state. Preserve your records. Game on.\u201d<\/p>\n

People experiencing homelessness can legally register to vote, including through shelter arrangements. <\/p>\n

Pennsylvania requires voters to have lived in the state and their election district for at least 30 days before an election. State guidance says they must register at the address where they actually live.<\/p>\n
