Saquon Barkley suffered another injury in his first game back from a hamstring issue.<\/p>\n
The Eagles running back was in and out of Philadelphia\u2019s 38-21 loss to the Cowboys on \u201cMonday Night Football\u201d before the team announced in the fourth quarter that he was questionable to return due to a back injury.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Barkley told reporters after the game at Lincoln Financial Field that he tweaked the hamstring on the first run, and the back injury occurred when he tried to play through it as the Eagles fell to 2-5 in what could be a lost season. <\/p>\n
\u201cI don\u2019t get it. I just have to find a way to get healthy,\u201d he said. \u201cIt\u2019s annoying. That\u2019s what I\u2019m dealing with so far in the season and I just got to find a way to get healthy.\u201d <\/p>\n
Something appeared to get him during his first rush of the game when he broke out for a 29-yard run, but he seemed to pull up before he went out of bounds.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Barkley came out for a play but finished off the drive with an 8-yard touchdown run for his only score of the game.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Barkley spent time in the blue medical tent, and during the game, Lisa Salters reported on the situation.\u00a0<\/p>\n \u201cSaquon Barkley had been in and out of the medical tent since the Eagles offense was last on the field,\u201d Salters reported. \u201cNo injury designation on him, of course. You see him back out there. The Eagles say they\u2019re just trying to manage this hamstring issue.\u201d<\/p>\n Barkley found himself playing sporadically in the second half before the Eagles announced he was dealing with a back issue and was questionable to return.\u00a0<\/p>\n Barkley finished the game with 62 yards on the ground on seven carries.<\/p>\n The former Giant injured his hamstring during the Eagles\u2019 loss to the Rams on Oct. 4 and missed the next two games with the issue.\u00a0<\/p>\n Barkley told reporters he was hoping to play in the Eagles\u2019 loss to the Panthers on Oct. 18.\u00a0<\/p>\n \u201cTo be honest, I was trying to go last week,\u201d he said Thursday<\/a>. \u201cIt sounded great in my head and then you sit and you\u2019re like, maybe they were right.
